This Friday we have a special meeting of the Friday Supper Club. The topics on the agenda are as follows:
$30 = 3 courses + amuse (meat lover)
$25 = 3 courses + amuse (vegetarian)
amuse:
fried blue cheese stuffed olives
starters:
iceberg wedge salad
(add a Portobello fritter for $3)
tomato soup or New England Clam Chowder
(upgrade to shrimp cocktail for $6)
entrees:
Prime Rib or Strip Steak
sauces; horseradish, Bordelaise, Bearnaise & marrow gremolata
or
Squash Blossom-Porcini Lasagna
with fresh pasta
choose your sides; scallop potatoes, roast potatoes, snap peas & carrots & creamed spinach
dessert: devil's food chocolate cake
