This weeks specials are sending my senses into a tizzy, the appetizer special is a beautiful layering of flavors; roasted figs and peaches bookend crisp watercress & the famously rich Cabrales cheese from Asturias with another Spanish import; sweet roasted piquillo peppers. The black pepper gastrique brings the whole thing together and brings the house down. (*Supper Club notes* Paired with an Albarino or Vinho Verde it would be sublime).
The entree special is equally multifaceted, a little bit of this, a little bit of that... lamb, chicken-apple sausage & baby back ribs!!!! all on the same plate!!! It's ADD dining at it's best!
