Amuse: Gorgonzola Custard with crostini, spiced walnuts & cranberry relish

Omnivore menu:
$30 pp
1st course: Smoked Trout , watercress, apples, chives & creamy horseradish dressing

2nd course: Duck confit, spicy orange marmalade, wilted chicory & pomegranate

3rd course: choice between:
Grilled Ribeye , creamy cannellini beans with pancetta & herbs, roasted Brussels sprouts & truffled mushroom demi-glace
Pan-Seared Halibut , saffron cream broth, mussel beignet, wilted spinach & roasted fingerling potatoes

Vegetarian menu:
$25 pp

1st course: watercress with pumpernickel croutons, marinated beets & shaved aged gouda

2nd course: butternut squash bisque with savory beignets & powdered herbs.

3rd course: truffled wild mushroom risotto, gremolata garnish

Dessert: Apple Tart with caramel sauce & creme fraiche
